§ 33-21. Commercial activities.

  • Any commercial undertaking at a swimming pool, including, but not limited to, sales of food, drink, novelties, or other merchandise that interferes unduly with the rights of neighboring property owners to enjoy their property, is prohibited. All signs and placards shall be of such type and so placed as not to be an offense to other property owners in the neighborhood or to interfere with their rights to enjoy their own property.
