§ 33-6. Periodical inspections authorized.

The public health department's representative may enter upon the premises of any public or private property to carry out the intent of this chapter. Such person may cause to be inspected all swimming pools or wading pools at times when deemed necessary and may require the owner, proprietor, or operator to comply with this chapter.
