§ 33-9. Compliance by natural bathing places.

Natural lakes, artificial lake impounds, ponds, rivers and streams operating as swimming pools at the time of the adoption of the ordinance from which this chapter is derived shall conform as nearly as possible with this chapter. Health permits shall not be issued to operate or maintain natural swimming pools not in operation before June 1, 1972.
