§ 33-54. Temporary permit.

The public health department may issue provisional permits for swimming or wading pools built prior to June 1, 1972, that do not meet structural requirements for sanitation and safety, but such permits shall be conditioned upon the owner being able to meet all requirements pertaining to safe and sanitary operation of the pool.
