§ 34-19. One-half percent countywide retailers' sales tax.

A countywide retailers' sales tax in the amount of one-half of one percent is hereby levied on retail sales consummated within the county effective on October 1, 1975, in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 12-187 et seq.
