§ 34-52. Occupation tax receipt to be kept.
(a)
Any person who does not have a permanent business location within the city is required to carry an occupation tax receipt while engaged in such business. A person shall present the occupation tax receipt for inspection when requested to do so by any officer of the unified government.
(b)
Any person who has a permanent business location within the city is required to post and maintain an occupation tax receipt at each such location in a place where it may be seen at all times.
(c)
No person shall loan, sell, give or assign an occupation tax receipt to any other person or allow any other person to use, display, destroy, damage or remove it, except as authorized by the license administrator or by law.
