§ 35-315. One way roadways and rotary traffic islands.

  • (a)

    The traffic engineer may make regulations designating any one-way street or alley. Pursuant to the making of such regulations, the traffic engineer shall place signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited.

    (b)

    When official traffic-control devices indicate that vehicular traffic shall proceed in one direction upon any highway, roadway, part of a roadway or specific lanes, a vehicle shall be driven only in the direction designated at all times or at such times as shall be indicated by such device.

    (c)

    A vehicle passing around a rotary traffic island shall be driven only to the right of such island.
