§ 35-437. All vehicles must stop at certain railroad crossings.

  • When the secretary or the traffic engineer with the approval of the secretary has designated a particularly dangerous highway grade crossings of a railroad and erected a stop sign there, the driver of any vehicle shall stop within 50 feet but not less than 15 feet from the nearest rail of such railroad and shall proceed only upon exercising due care.
