§ 35-468. Separate offense for each period of illegal parking; issuance of violation tickets.

Each maximum period of time applying to the location in which a vehicle is illegally parked, whether in a metered or unmetered zone, is a separate and distinct offense, and it shall be the duty of the police officers or the parking control officers to place a violation ticket on such vehicle for each such violation.
