§ 35-485. Stopping or parking in hazardous congested places.

  • When official signs or markings are placed indicating no parking upon approach to hazardous or congested places, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in any such designated place. The traffic engineer may determine by regulation and designate by proper signs those places where the stopping or parking of vehicles would create an especially hazardous condition or would cause unusual delay to traffic.
