Division 1. GENERALLY |
§ 35-525. Parking within designated spaces; backing in prohibited where posted; reserved parking spaces.
(a)
Motor vehicles shall be parked in public parking lots and garages within the places designated by markers and as nearly in the center of the designated stalls as possible.
(b)
If signs are posted prohibiting back-in parking, it shall be unlawful to park a vehicle in a parking lot or garage with the front of the vehicle facing the roadway.
(c)
If signs are posted indicating that a parking space in a public parking lot or garage is "Reserved," it shall be unlawful for anyone to park in such reserved space unless the person has contracted for such space or has been given permission to park there by the person who contracted for such space.
