Parking meter zones are established in the districts or upon those streets or parts
of streets or upon municipal parking lots or parts of such lots described in the schedule
maintained in the records on file in the office of the director of parking control.
In such zones, the parking of vehicles shall be regulated by parking meters between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day except Sunday and on the following
legal holidays: Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Independence Day,
Memorial Day and Labor Day.
