§ 35-647. Unlawful to permit accumulation of injurious substances upon streets.

  • No contractor, subcontractor, developer or any other person constructing any project, apartments, complexes, roads, or any other improvement within the city shall permit the accumulation of mud, substances, debris or any other thing that might be hazardous to traffic and the safety of the public. It shall be the responsibility of the building official, the public works department and the police department to enforce the provisions of this section.
