§ 35-689. Applicability to electric-assisted bicycles and electric-assisted scooters.

Vehicle registration and driver's license shall not be required for operation of an electric-assisted bicycle or electric-assisted scooter. Unless otherwise provided within this section, all traffic regulations applicable to bicycles shall apply to electric-assisted scooters and electric-assisted bicycles except tricycles with no brake horsepower.
