§ 35-695. Use of coasters, roller skates, skateboards, and similar devices restricted.

(a)

No person upon roller skates or riding in or by means of any coaster, skateboard, toy vehicle, or similar device shall go upon any roadway except while crossing a street at a crosswalk and except upon streets set aside as play streets.

(b)

Roller skating and riding on a coaster, skateboard, toy vehicle or any similar device shall be unlawful on sidewalks at any location where signs are posted by the traffic engineer prohibiting such activity.
