§ 35-918. Driver's license required.

  • (a)

    No person, except one expressly exempt by law, shall drive or operate any motor vehicle or motorized bicycle upon any highway unless such person has a valid driver's license.

    (b)

    Violation of this section is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.00, by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
