§ 35-923. Unauthorized operator.

No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle that such person owns or that is under such person's control to be driven upon any highway by any person who has no legal right to do so, or who does not have a valid operator's, special chauffeur's or chauffeur's license issued under the provisions of the laws of the state.
