§ 35-755. Responsibilities of parents and landowners.

(a)

Parents and responsible adults. It shall be a violation of this division for any parent, guardian or adult with supervisory responsibility to permit a child to operate an off-road motorcycle in a manner prohibited by this division.

(b)

Landowners. It shall be a violation of this division for any landowner or rightful possessor of real property to suffer or permit the operation of off-road motorcycles on property that they own or possess as prohibited or in a manner prohibited by sections 35-753(13) or 35-754(6).
