§ 35-790. Application of succeeding sections.

Sections 35-791—35-795 relating to clearance lamps, marker lamps and reflectors shall apply as stated in such sections to vehicles of the type enumerated, namely buses, trucks, truck-tractors, motor homes, motor vehicles with mounted truck-campers, and trailers, semitrailers and pole trailers, respectively, when operated upon any highway, and the vehicle shall be equipped as required and all lamp equipment required shall be lighted at the times mentioned in section 35-784. For purposes of the sections enumerated in this section, a truck-camper when mounted upon a motor vehicle shall be considered part of the permanent structure of that vehicle.
