§ 35-812. Brakes.

Except as otherwise provided for motorcycles and motor-driven cycles in section 35-855, every motor vehicle, trailer, semitrailer and pole trailer, and any combination of such vehicles operating upon the streets and highways of this city shall be equipped with brakes in compliance with the requirements of K.S.A. 8-1734.
