§ 35-966. Withdrawal of designation of residential permit parking area.

(a)

The unified government traffic engineer may withdraw his designation of a residential district as a residential permit parking area upon receipt of a petition and after a survey and a public hearing using the same procedure outlined in section 35-958.

(b)

The traffic engineering division shall mail to every residence within the existing residential permit parking area a notice of the withdrawal of the designation containing the effective date of the withdrawal.
