§ 36-82. Violations of article.

Latest version.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Each sale made in violation of the provisions of this article shall constitute a separate offense, and each and every addition to goods, wares and merchandise made in violation of this article and each and every sale of goods, wares, and merchandise not included in the inventory described in section 36-122 shall constitute a separate offense under this article.
