§ 36-86. Sales prohibited during certain hours.

No auction sale governed by this article shall be conducted before the hour of 8:00 a.m. or after the hour of 10:00 p.m., except that an auction conducted entirely within the interior of a building may be conducted from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
