§ 36-124. Duty of applicant to give information to license administrator.

  • It shall be unlawful for any applicant for a license under this division to fail or refuse to give to the license administrator all facts connected with the stock of goods, wares and merchandise on hand or correct information regarding the goods to be sold at auction or any other information which may be required by the license administrator in order that a complete investigation of all matters connected with the sale may be made. The withholding of information or the misrepresentation of any facts either in the application or in the inventory accompanying the application shall be sufficient grounds for the denial or cancellation of license.
