§ 36-126. Restriction on locations of auction.

  • No license shall be issued to any person for any auction to be held at any address, place, or location with inadequate parking facilities or at any address, place or location where it is probable that problems of traffic control will occur or where such auction would have a deleterious effect upon the normal use and enjoyment of adjoining property. Under no circumstances shall more than three licenses be issued during a 12-month period for an auction to be held at any one address where there is a dwelling.
