§ 36-162. Chief of police to be notified of out-of-town shipments.

  • Every secondhand dealer and junk dealer shall give the chief of police notice of all goods to be shipped out of the city at least 24 hours before such shipment and shall give the chief the opportunity to examine such goods. Such notice shall include the name of the consignee and the destination and date of the shipment.
