§ 36-198. Revocation.

  • If any secondhand dealer or junk dealer or such person's agents, servants or employees shall violate any of the provisions of this article or any of the statutes of the state and be convicted in any court of competent jurisdiction in the conduct of the business of a secondhand dealer or junk dealer, the license administrator may revoke such person's license.
