§ 37-2. Application of chapter.

Unless specifically indicated otherwise, the provisions of this chapter shall apply to all taxicabs, livery vehicles and other vehicles of every kind, character and description which are being used as taxicabs, livery vehicles and engaged as such in the carriage of passengers for hire on the streets of the city.
