§ 37-63. Fees.

The annual fee, payable in advance, for a livery vehicle business licenses shall be as established by the county administrator. Whenever the number of livery vehicles so operated shall be increased during the license year, the licensee shall notify the license administrator of such change. Such license fee shall not be prorated during the license period. Upon proof satisfactory to the license administrator that a livery vehicle business license has been lost, a duplicate license shall be issued by the license administrator upon the payment of a fee.
