§ 37-64. Transfer.

There shall be no transfers or assignments of livery vehicle business licenses from one person or entity to another. A change in the stock ownership of ten percent or more of the outstanding stock or any change in the corporate structure of a corporation, including a change effected by a merger, consolidation or reorganization, shall require submission of a new application pursuant to section 37-59.
