§ 37-66. Issuance conditions.

Every livery vehicle licensee agrees, as a condition precedent to the privilege of holding such a license, that the license administrator or a designated representative shall have the right to require such licensee to produce for the purpose of inspection all records as required by this chapter for the purpose of ascertaining compliance by the licensee with the provisions of this chapter at any time.
