§ 37-133. Renewal.

Upon expiration of the driver's certificate, the driver shall be required to obtain a new driver's certificate and to pay to the license administrator a renewal fee in the amount established by the county administrator, provided that in case the driver shall apply for a renewal driver's certificate on or before December 20 of each year, no new application shall be required. Every year a recertification of health from the joint board of health and new photographs shall be required. Proof that a driver's certificate has been renewed by any other city, any state or any political subdivision with standards comparable to those set forth in this article must be provided to the license administrator annually.
