§ 37-179. Livery vehicle trip records.

Each company operating a livery vehicle service shall maintain accurate records disclosing the number of trips per vehicle and the hours used. Such records, as well as the written agreements required by section 37-172(a) shall be open to inspection by the license administrator or a designated representative.
