§ 37-217. Required.

All taxicabs operating under the authority of this chapter shall be equipped with a single tariff taximeter of a type approved by the license administrator and inspected for accuracy by any agent of the license administrator. Each taximeter shall have a flag to denote when the taxicab is employed and when it is not employed.
