§ 3-1. Jurisdiction and territorial applicability.

Pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 65-3016, the unified government board of commissioners, declares that jurisdiction for the abatement of air pollution is hereby conferred upon the unified government public health department, division of air quality. The provisions of this chapter apply to all territory under the jurisdiction of the unified government.
