§ 4-2. Confiscation of alcoholic liquor, beer or cereal malt beverage.

When any person or organization is found guilty of possession, dispensing or selling
of any alcoholic liquor, beverage, beer, or cereal malt beverage in violation of this
Code, the judge of the municipal court, in addition to the penalty imposed on such
violation, shall order the alcoholic liquor, cereal malt beverage or beer confiscated
and destroyed in not less than 30 days nor more than 60 days.
