§ 4-3. Duty of police to aid in enforcement of state law.

  • The chief of police and each and every member of the police department shall assist the state director of alcoholic beverage control of the department of revenue in the enforcement of the state Liquor Control Act (K.S.A. 41-101 et seq.), the Club And Drinking Establishment Act (K.S.A. 41-2601 et seq.), and K.S.A. 41-2701 et seq., and the chief of police shall make available to the director, upon his request, necessary personnel for the enforcement of these statutes.
