§ 4-8. Permit to serve cereal malt beverages in parks.

  • It shall be unlawful for any bona fide person other than a charitable, political or fraternal organization to serve or dispense to its members, for consumption cereal malt beverages in or upon any public park without a permit therefor, having first been obtained from the parks and recreation division of the public works department. Such permit shall be valid for 24 hours and shall be applied for by the aforesaid organizations at least three days before the date of its use. A copy of the permit shall be delivered to the office of the chief of police by the parks and recreation division of the public works department.
