§ 4-100. Verification of gross receipts.

Whenever any provision of this article requires, as a condition of issuing a license, that an applicant demonstrate that a specified percentage of sales result from the sale of food, the city shall accept either of the following as sufficient for the requirement:
(1)

Issuance of a license by the state that requires the same percentage.

(2)

A certified statement from a certified public accountant that the percentage requirement has been met.
