§ 4-101. Giving false information.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to give false information for the obtaining of a license authorized in this article, cereal malt beverage or alcoholic beverage identification card, or a liquor permit card. Any person convicted under this section shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00 nor less than $100.00, or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
