§ 4-107. Identification of employees and licensees.

  • (a)

    Each and every licensee or holder of a temporary permit, manager, supervisor, employee or volunteer of a drinking establishment, private club or cereal malt beverage provider, who is required to be registered with the city police department pursuant to this article shall carry on their person a driver's license or identification card issued by this state, by another state or by the United States at all times when performing services on, in or about the licensed premises or on behalf of a licensee or holder of a temporary permit pursuant to this article.

    (b)

    Violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00, by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both.
