§ 4-136. Required.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to distribute or sell any alcoholic beverage, beer or cereal malt beverages within the city unless such person has a current license to engage in the business issued by the unified government, by the state, or by both, as may be required. No city license shall be required to operate a retail liquor store. Any violation, upon conviction, shall be punishable in accordance with the provisions of section 4-98(b).
