§ 4-145. Transfer upon relocation of licensed sales premises.

  • In every case in which the holder of a license to sell alcoholic beverages or cereal malt beverages at a location described in such license makes application to the unified government board of commissioners for the privilege of moving his place of business to another location, such application shall be in writing and filed with the license inspector. With the copy of the application filed in the office of the license inspector, the applicant shall pay a fee in the amount established by the county administrator which, upon the granting of the application to move from one location to another, the license inspector shall turn over to the unified government director of revenue, to be deposited in the general fund.
