§ 4-147. Reissuance after revocation.

  • Whenever, by action of the unified government board of commissioners, a license to conduct the business of selling alcoholic liquor beverages, beer or cereal malt beverages has been revoked for any cause whatsoever, the unified government board of commissioners may additionally refuse to issue to any person a license to sell cereal malt beverages, beer or alcoholic beverages at the location for which such license has been revoked for a period of at least two years from and after the date that such revocation becomes final. Such refusal may be initiated upon recommendation of the chief of police or upon the unified government board of commissioners' own motion. Such determination may be made at the time of revocation or at the time of any subsequent application for a license to sell cereal malt beverages, beer or alcoholic beverages.
