§ 4-178. Drinking establishments.

  • (a)

    A license for a drinking establishment shall allow the licensee to offer for sale, sell and serve alcoholic liquor for consumption on the licensed premises that may be open to the public in the city.

    (b)

    A drinking establishment shall specify in the application for a license or renewal of a license the premises to be licensed, which may include all premises that are in close proximity and are under the control of the applicant or licensee.
