§ 4-232. Right of public and law enforcement officers to enter, etc.

Each place of business that sells malt beverages shall be open to the public and to law enforcement officers at all times during business hours, except that a premises licensed as a club pursuant to the Club and Drinking Establishment Act (K.S.A. 41-2601 et seq.) shall be open to law enforcement officers and not to the public.
