§ 4-232. Right of public and law enforcement officers to enter, etc.

  • Each place of business that sells malt beverages shall be open to the public and to law enforcement officers at all times during business hours, except that a premises licensed as a club pursuant to the Club and Drinking Establishment Act (K.S.A. 41-2601 et seq.) shall be open to law enforcement officers and not to the public.
