§ 4-235. Private rooms or closed booths.

No private room or closed booth shall be operated in a place of business that sells cereal malt beverages. This section shall not apply if the licensed premises are also currently licensed as a club pursuant to the Club and Drinking Establishment Act (K.S.A. 41-2601 et seq.).
