§ 4-237. Possession of alcoholic liquor.

  • No person shall have any alcoholic liquor on such person's possession while in a place of business licensed only to retail cereal malt beverages, unless the premises are currently licensed as a club or drinking establishment pursuant to the Club and Drinking Establishment Act (K.S.A. 41-2601 et seq.).
