§ 6-22. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be fined not less than $50.00 nor more than $500.00 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. This section does not apply to section 6-24.
