§ 6-78. Pool hall license.

(a)

No person shall conduct a pool hall without a license issued by the unified government.

(b)

No license shall be issued to any person to conduct a pool hall or billiard room until an application, in writing, is first presented to and approved by the unified government board of commissioners. No such application shall be approved unless the applicant is a person of good moral character and one who, in the opinion of the business license division, will not violate the law if permitted to carry on such business.
